Field Manager

Role Description

The Field Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Pune District. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating field teams for data collection, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of collected data, and monitoring the progress of survey activities. The Field Manager will oversee the on-ground team to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure compliance with organizational protocols. The role also involves training and supervising field staff, reporting findings to higher management, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Field Management, Team Leadership, and Operational Coordination
• Strong skills in Data Collection, Quality Assurance, and Survey Monitoring
• Experience in Training and Supervising Field Teams
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-ground operational issues efficiently
• Effective Communication, Reporting, and Stakeholder Management capabilities
• Experience in public opinion polling, market research, or related fields is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site in all over the Maharashtra
