Role Overview

We are hiring a high-impact Sales Associate to play a critical role in driving revenue growth while strengthening our sales execution and operational backbone.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, analytics, and sales operations, supporting deal execution, enabling leadership with accurate data, and ensuring our revenue engine runs with discipline and speed.

You will work closely with sales leaders, founders, and cross-functional teams to build pipeline, support closures, improve processes, and drive predictable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research markets and identify high-potential prospects across B2B, EdTech, HRTech, and SaaS segments
  • Support lead generation, qualification, outreach, and structured follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client-facing sales collateral
  • Support sales calls, meetings, demos, and client presentations with data and insights
  • Analyze sales metrics, funnel performance, and customer data to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare and maintain sales pipeline, revenue, and forecasting reports
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy, opportunity hygiene, and regular clean-ups
  • Track invoicing status and support coordination for timely collections
  • Conduct market and inbound meeting analysis as requested by leadership
  • Support RFPs, RFQs, and structured client communication

Requirements

Education

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a top-tier institute / university in India or abroad preferred

Experience

  • 2-3+ years of experience in Sales and Sales Operations roles
  • Mandatory experience in B2B sales environments
  • Prior exposure to SaaS / AI / technology-driven businesses strongly preferred

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • High analytical ability with comfort working on revenue, pipeline, and performance data
  • Strong business writing and client communication skills
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven working style
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams
