Job Description:
upGrad Study Abroad is looking for a Sales Associate with prior EdTech sales experience to drive student enrollments for international education programs. This is a high-volume cold calling role requiring strong communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 200300 outbound calls daily to prospective students (cold calling)
- Counsel students on study abroad programs, universities, and application processes
- Understand student requirements and pitch relevant upGrad Study Abroad offerings
- Convert leads into applications and enrollments
- Maintain accurate call and lead data in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with interested leads and close conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for application and documentation support
Eligibility:
- 12 years of experience in EdTech sales only (mandatory)
- Proven experience in cold calling
- Comfortable with high-volume dialing (200300 calls/day)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Experience in study abroad / overseas education is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
