Sales Associate Virtual Office

Role Overview

We are looking for articulate, confident, and commercially sharp professionals to join our Virtual Office Sales team. This role involves engaging with international and domestic clients, interacting directly with business owners, founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers, and driving consultative sales conversations.

Given the nature of our clientele, exceptional communication skills both verbal and written are critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Communication Excellence

  • Engage with inbound leads across India and international markets.
  • Conduct structured discovery calls with founders, business heads, and senior leadership teams.
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally across geographies and time zones.
  • Represent myHQ as a credible business partner in all interactions.
  • Draft professional email proposals, follow-ups, and commercial discussions.

Consultative Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Understand client requirements through thoughtful questioning and active listening.
  • Present tailored Virtual Office solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Navigate conversations with key decision-makers and influence buying decisions.
  • Manage objections professionally and guide clients through structured decision-making.
  • Convert qualified leads into long-term clients.

Product & Industry Knowledge

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of myHQ's Virtual Office offerings.
  • Stay updated on compliance requirements, corporate documentation norms, and industry trends.
  • Effectively articulate value propositions to startups, SMEs, and global clients entering India.

CRM & Reporting Discipline

  • Maintain accurate and detailed communication records in CRM.
  • Track client conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline progression.
  • Analyze lead behavior and improve conversion strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with operations, compliance, and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Contribute insights from client interactions to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 14 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Conversion roles.
  • Experience interacting with founders, CXOs, or senior stakeholders is preferred.
  • Exposure to international clients or global communication standards is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred).
  • Strong business acumen and professional presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
  • Self-driven, confident, and comfortable in high-ownership environments.
