Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing exceptional service, maintaining product knowledge, and promoting Tanzire's unique jewelry collections. Daily responsibilities include managing sales, ensuring optimal inventory levels, supporting marketing campaigns, and upholding an engaging and inviting store environment. Building relationships with customers and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and enhance their shopping experience
• Basic understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of or interest in the jewelry industry, design, and sustainable practices is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing, sales, or a related field are advantageous
