Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will conduct client outreach and build relationships with potential and existing customers, promote insurance products, and guide clients toward selecting appropriate insurance solutions. The role requires regular meetings with clients, providing product knowledge, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing leads into customers.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability in sales and client interaction
• Knowledge or experience in insurance products, policies, and industry standards
• Customer service and problem-solving abilities to address inquiries and provide personalized solutions
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools for managing client interactions
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with preference for Business, Finance, or related fields
• Previous experience in insurance sales or financial services is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Hindi is highly desirable, with additional regional language fluency as a plus
