Job Description
Sutherland is hiring experienced Customer Service Executives / Customer Support Associates / Sales Associates for an International BPO Blended Process (50% Voice & 50% Chat) supporting North American customers. The role involves handling inbound customer service queries, sales calls, upselling, and cross-selling, while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound voice calls and live chat support for international customers
- Provide end-to-end customer support, query resolution, and issue handling
- Perform upselling and cross-selling of products and services
- Meet CSAT, quality, sales, and productivity targets
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and compliance
- Accurately document interactions in CRM systems

- Comfortable working in Night Shifts / US Shifts / North America Time Zone
- Male candidates from Indore, Kolkata, Delhi, Jaipur
- Immediate joiners preferred (Notice period buyout / relieving letter considered)
