Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Mumbai, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing leads, engaging with potential clients, and conducting sales presentations. The role includes understanding customer needs and recommending Bolka solutions, maintaining accurate sales records, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding process.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, with experience in lead generation, client engagement, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms, preferably in technology or SaaS products
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Work experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
