Sales Associate (Homes/ Construct)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Associate to manage customer interactions and drive sales in the Homes/Construction segment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and experience in real estate or construction-related sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to understand their home or construction-related requirements
• Explain product features, pricing, and financing options to customers
• Coordinate property/site visits and follow up to close leads
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and property owners
• Generate leads through various channels including referrals, cold calling, and field visits
• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in CRM
• Meet monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to the team lead
