Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in New Delhi. The Sales Associate will engage with parents and school representatives to explain Ezyschooling's offerings, clarify admission processes, and guide them through the platform. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound and inbound calls, scheduling and handling product demos, and following up to close enrollments or partnerships. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and providing feedback from customers to improve services. The Sales Associate will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and counseling teams to ensure a smooth experience for both schools and parents.
Qualifications
- Strong B2B sales experience in field, with good interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Sales and customer engagement skills, such as lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Relationship-building abilities to manage long-term school accounts professionally and empathetically.
- Basic digital and CRM proficiency, including comfort with online platforms, spreadsheets, and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong time management, organization, and follow-up discipline.
- Preferred: Prior experience in inside sales, EdTech, or services sales, especially in the education sector.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
