Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Delhi, India. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and approaching prospective wholesale and retail clients, presenting Super Ties product range, and promoting customized branding solutions. The role includes maintaining regular contact with existing customers, managing inquiries, and providing product recommendations aligned with fashion trends and client needs. The associate will follow up on leads, negotiate pricing and terms within defined guidelines, and coordinate with internal production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Daily tasks also include tracking sales performance, preparing basic sales reports, attending local market visits or trade events, and representing the brand in a professional manner to support revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and work effectively on a commission-based structure.
  • Customer relationship management, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and after-sales support.
  • Basic understanding of garments, textiles, or fashion accessories; interest in neckwear and related products is an advantage.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
  • Comfort using phones, email, and basic office or CRM software to manage leads, orders, and reports.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and prioritize daily activities.
  • Prior experience in B2B or retail sales, preferably in apparel or accessories, is highly desirable.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, market visits, and brand promotion activities as required.
