Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) based in Jaipur. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting market research, generating leads, managing partnerships, creating strategic plans, and contributing to the company's overall sales and marketing goals.

Qualifications

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a high-energy BDE to fuel our sales pipeline. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying opportunities and setting the stage for our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential markets.

* Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to qualify prospects.

* Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information.

* Collaborate with the BDM to transition qualified leads into the sales funnel.

* Required Skills:

* Exceptional communication and people skills.

* Persistence and a thick skin for handling outreach rejection.

* Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM software.

* Experience:0–2 years in sales or lead generation.

2. Business Development Manager (BDM)

Strategy, closing deals, and long-term partnerships.

Role Summary:

The BDM is responsible for turning leads into long-term partners. You will take ownership of the sales cycle, from the first formal presentation to the final contract signature, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

3. Video Editor

Focus:Visual storytelling, brand consistency, and post-production.

Role Summary:

We need a creative Video Editor to transform raw footage into polished, engaging content. You will be the visual voice of our brand, creating everything from short-form social clips to long-form of Adventure or promotional videos.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble raw footage, select the best takes, and create a logical storyboard.

* Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and color grading to enhance quality.

* Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube, social Media, LinkedIn).

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

* Required Skills:

* Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro. After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve).

* Strong sense of pacing, timing, and narrative flow.

* Ability to take creative direction and translate it into a finished product.

Experience: 1-2 years of professional editing experience with a strong portfolio/showreel.
