This role is for a Sales Associate responsible for the entire sales cycle, from order fulfillment to collections. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who can manage B2B relationships, drive sales, and handle key operational tasks like stock management and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Order Fulfilment: Handle B2B orders from Q-Commerce and Modern Trade (MT) clients. Coordinate daily deliveries to ensure on-time dispatch and follow up with customers for feedback and repeat orders.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with both new and existing clients. Onboard new retail vendors, pushcart sellers, and small wholesalers, serving as a primary point of contact for sales and service support.
- Market Intelligence & Price Monitoring: Track daily market prices and competitor offerings. Provide actionable insights to assist the pricing and sourcing teams.
- Stock Management: Manage the liquidation of B-grade and excess inventory to pushcart vendors and local markets. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth product flow.
- Collections & Payments: Ensure timely payment collection from all customers and maintain basic records and reports on collections.
