Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Associate. The candidate will actively support revenue generation by engaging with leads, responding to customer inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include lead generation, developing client relationships, managing accounts, and facilitating sales conversions. The Inside Sales Associate will play a critical role in keeping customers satisfied by ensuring a high level of service and support.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the finance or investment industry is a plus
