Role Description

This internship role as a Sales Associate will involve supporting sales operations, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to increasing the company's sales. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, assisting in sales strategies, maintaining customer databases, and providing appropriate solutions to meet customer needs. This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru, providing hands-on experience in sales and customer service activities.

Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to research and analyze market trends effectively
  • Proficiency in organizing and managing records or data for sales purposes
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related tools is a plus
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
