Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Gurugram, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving the sales process, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's platform and services. Day-to-day activities include engaging with clients, conducting product training sessions, implementing sales strategies, and supporting various customer service efforts to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and nurture client relationships effectively
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to drive and exceed targets, as well as the ability to manage and grow key accounts
  • Experience in delivering Training sessions to clients and sales teams
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment combining on-site and remote work
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, procurement processes, or B2B marketplaces is a plus
