Role Description

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. In this position, you will manage and execute sales and marketing strategies to identify and engage potential clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include building and nurturing client relationships, conducting market research to understand industry trends, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining satisfaction, lead generation, pitching ideas for various channels, implementing sales funnel, etc. Additionally, you will assist in sales management and provide training to support team members as needed.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions for team development
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and fostering client relationships
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics
• An understanding of branding, digital marketing, or content production industries is a plus
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Use of AI marketing tools is a plus.
