Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Lucknow, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales activities, training the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers, managing sales operations, and maintaining client relationships to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct Training and support the development of the sales team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in marketing strategies and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the e-commerce and IT sector is a plus
