Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Lucknow. The specialist will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting solar energy solutions. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, managing sales processes, delivering training for team members, and implementing effective marketing strategies to meet sales goals. The role also involves ongoing collaboration with the team to drive business growth in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients
  • Proven sales experience and expertise in sales management
  • Ability to deliver training and support to team members in achieving their sales targets
  • Knowledge or experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
  • High motivation, goal-oriented approach, and an ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing strategies to reach potential customers
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
