Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Lucknow. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, providing outstanding customer service, and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also conduct training sessions, coordinate marketing efforts to promote products and services, and work with team members to ensure a cohesive approach toward achieving organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets while maintaining strong client relationships
• Experience in conducting Training sessions and supporting the development of team members
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and drive business growth
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Prior experience in the energy or generator industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
