Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies, identifying market trends, expanding brand awareness, and generating leads. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze marketing performance, engage with clients to cultivate relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Marketing, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Content Marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills for Market Research and Data Analysis
• Creative thinking skills for Branding and Campaign Development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
• Experience in the beauty and lifestyle industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
