Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The selected individual will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, and training team members as necessary. Responsibilities will also include managing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive and maintain business performance
- Experience in Training others to improve team capabilities and performance
- Results-driven attitude with the ability to work collaboratively and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
