This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Ahmedabad. In this position, you will engage in day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, assisting in training sessions, and executing marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, maintaining high standards of customer service, and working towards achieving sales targets through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including strategic planning and target achievement.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate and deliver effective Training sessions for teams or partners.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee multiple tasks and drive results.
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools or CRM systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales or marketing role, especially in service industries, would be beneficial.
