Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
• Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound channels.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
• Support the sales pipeline by qualifying leads and coordinating with sales teams.
• Develop marketing content and sales collateral aligned with brand messaging.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and lead data.
• Analyze campaign and sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a hybrid sales/marketing role.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and digital marketing channels.
• Experience with CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms.
