We're hiring a driven Sales & Marketing Associate to work directly from the Founder's Office. This is a high-ownership, high-exposure role where you'll work hand-in-hand with the founder to take Arcs story to the market — from generating leads to building a brand that stands out in the XR and spatial tech space.

What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries like manufacturing, real estate, construction, healthcare, and education
- Build and manage Arcs presence on LinkedIn and other platforms with compelling content around XR and Digital Twin use cases
- Support go-to-market campaigns, product launches, and event activations
- Research market trends, competitor moves, and new business opportunities in the XR/immersive tech ecosystem
- Manage the sales pipeline and CRM, track metrics, and share weekly insights with the founder
- Craft pitch decks, one-pagers, and marketing collateral that communicates our tech simply and powerfully
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of experience in B2B sales, tech marketing, or a related field
- Strong communicator who can break down complex tech into compelling narratives
- Proactive, ownership-driven attitude — you don't wait to be told what to do
- Passion for emerging tech — XR, AR/VR, metaverse, or digital twins is a big plus
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/any CRM, Canva, or Google Analytics
- Startup mindset — adaptable, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity
