About the Role

Are you a committed and versatile professional who thrives in remote settings At Podify, we're looking for a Sales, Marketing, Guest Booking & Administrative Specialist who excels at outbound sales, marketing, relationship building, and providing essential support to our internal team.

In this role, you will generate new business by booking sales strategy calls with high-level thought leaders (authors, speakers, entrepreneurs) eager to launch and grow their podcasts. You'll also coordinate guest bookings and podcast placements to help clients amplify their influence. Additionally, you'll manage key administrative tasks such as CRM updates, data entry, and internal coordination to keep our sales and booking processes running effectively.

This is a dynamic, results-driven position that requires creativity, persistence, and strong organizational skills. All within a fully remote, flexible work environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

Sales & Outreach, Guest Booking & Podcast Placement

  • Book Sales Strategy Calls – Use outbound prospecting (cold email, LinkedIn, social selling) to book meetings with potential clients who need podcast production, branding, and content marketing services.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Other Tools – Identify and connect with decision-makers, craft compelling messages, and manage a structured outreach process.
  • Nurture & Convert Leads – Engage prospects through personalized follow-ups, overcoming objections, and guiding them toward a clear next step (strategy call proposal sale).
  • Guest Booking & Podcast Placement – Help our clients secure high-profile podcast appearances to expand their audience and grow their authority.
  • Maintain a Data-Driven Pipeline – Track outreach, conversions, and sales KPIs to continuously improve performance.

Administrative Support

  • Handle data entry, CRM updates, and documentation to keep sales and guest booking pipelines organized.
  • Manage administrative duties to help the team operate seamlessly.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or lead generation (media, podcasting, or content marketing preferred).
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold outreach techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for administrative tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, flexible work environment.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and automation platforms.
  • Podcasting or media industry knowledge is a plus.

Compensation & Job Type

Full-Time | Remote | Flexible Hours

Base Salary + Commission (Performance-based)
