We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist for our on-site location in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth through effective customer engagement and communication strategies. Your daily tasks include interacting with clients, building relationships, managing sales pipelines, and providing outstanding customer service. You will also play a key role in training and managing the sales team to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, ensuring effective interactions with clients and a focus on their needs
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including building and managing sales processes
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for team development and enhanced performance
• Proven ability to meet targets, work collaboratively within a team, and maintain a results-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
