Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Pune. Responsibilities include managing and implementing sales strategies, conducting property consultations, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves delivering property-related training sessions, collaborating with marketing teams on promotional campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the real estate journey.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Ability to conduct training sessions and mentor team members
- Familiarity with the real estate market is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at working in a team environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
