This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The role involves building and managing customer relationships, promoting and selling Primo Wash's services, and driving marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, identifying sales opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and conducting staff training as needed. Collaboration with team members and contributing to the company's growth are key aspects of this position.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including identifying opportunities, meeting sales targets, and relationship building.
• Capability in Training and mentoring team members to enhance overall performance.

• Previous experience in the automotive or sustainability sector is advantageous.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
