Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The role involves generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and developing customer relationships. This individual will also collaborate with marketing departments, provide training to team members, and monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities. The role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills (Fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada) with excellent customer service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience in training and mentoring sales teams for continuous improvement and performance optimization
  • Strong analytical thinking with an understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape
  • Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools
  • PUC or any Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Salary will be based on experience and skills

Additional Requirement:
