The Role: Sales & Marketing Specialist

Location: Jhandewalan (On-site)

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will bridge sales execution and digital marketing to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. You will manage end-to-end sales pipelines across global markets, execute high-converting marketing campaigns, and play a pivotal role in fostering robust client relationships to exceed company targets.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Sales: Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting both US and Indian markets.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and organic marketing growth.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, proactively identifying new opportunities and effectively closing deals.
  • Client Relations: Foster lasting customer relationships, efficiently handle customer service inquiries, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Training & Mentorship: Provide product and service training to clients and actively mentor internal team members to enhance overall performance.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment to achieve and exceed company objectives.
What You Bring
  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales and sales management, with a strong track record of closing deals in both US and Indian markets.
  • Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience executing and managing SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and organic marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Leadership & Organization: Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks, meet strict deadlines, and mentor others.
  • Education & Industry Knowledge: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. An understanding of the tech industry and current marketing trends is a distinct advantage.
