Role Description

Sales & Marketing Specialist (Corporate Sales & IT Products)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, open to both freshers and experienced sales professionals. The Sales & Marketing Specialist will drive business growth through corporate / B2B sales, cold calling, IT product pitching, and client relationship management.

The role involves identifying and approaching potential corporate clients through cold calls and follow-ups, pitching IT products and digital services, conducting sales meetings, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to effectively communicate the company's value proposition and deliver high-quality client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups
  • Qualify prospects and convert them into corporate / B2B clients
  • Deliver effective sales pitches for IT products and digital marketing services
  • Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face presentations
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Participate in product demos, client training, and service orientation sessions

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Interest in or experience with cold calling and corporate / B2B sales
  • Basic understanding of IT products, digital marketing services, and sales pitching
  • Ability to confidently present solutions to decision-makers
  • Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate with the team

Eligibility

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn sales pitching are welcome
  • Experienced sales professionals with exposure to cold calling, IT products, or B2B sales are preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Experience in Digital Marketing or IT Services is an added advantage
