Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Karnataka, India. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with customers, presenting product features and benefits, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms in line with company guidelines. The role also involves planning and executing marketing activities, such as campaigns, promotional events, and digital outreach, to increase brand visibility and product demand. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate product information, coordinate timely deliveries, track sales performance, and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Customer Service and Training capabilities to support clients with product information, basic technical guidance, and post-sales assistance.
- Proven Sales experience, with the ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and close deals in a structured manner.
- Sales Management exposure, such as forecasting, reporting, and managing targets or territories.
- Familiarity with industrial products or mechanical components (experience with bearings or related sectors is an advantage).
- Comfort with basic digital tools, including CRM systems, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Ability to work on-site, travel within the region as needed, and engage directly with customers at their locations.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
