Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Rajkot. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote the company's range of jewelry-making machinery and tools. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing and delivering product demonstrations, responding to inquiries, and providing pre- and post-sales support. The role also involves developing and executing sales and marketing plans, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and promotions, collecting market and competitor insights, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The specialist will collaborate with colleagues to support trade shows, exhibitions, and training sessions for customers and partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Experience in Training customers or team members on products, features, and best practices.
  • Prior experience in industrial, machinery, or jewelry-related sectors is an advantage.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools (email, presentations, spreadsheets, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, travel to client locations as needed, and manage time effectively.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
