Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Lucknow. The specialist will identify and pursue new customer leads, promote the AbChayanKaro service portfolio, and support local campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers, explaining service offerings and pricing, managing follow-ups, and closing sales. The role also involves coordinating with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction, gathering feedback to improve services, and assisting with training sessions for internal teams or partner service providers on sales and customer interaction best practices. The specialist will support both online and offline marketing initiatives, such as local events, partnerships, and targeted promotions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Experience with Training or coaching team members or partners on sales techniques and service standards.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, including offline promotions and digital awareness campaigns.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage field activities, and adapt to a fast-paced service environment.
- Prior experience in consumer services, hospitality, or field sales is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
