Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist, based in Bengaluru. The individual will manage day-to-day sales activities, build relationships with clients, and develop effective marketing strategies. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, providing excellent customer service, overseeing sales processes, delivering presentations and training sessions, and working collaboratively to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive client acquisition and meet business goals
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities for engaging with clients and building sustained relationships
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions to effectively educate teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and prior experience in sales or marketing roles is preferred
