This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual in this role will handle day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including client communication, driving customer engagement, managing sales strategies, developing marketing plans, and conducting trainings for the sales team. Additionally, the person will play a key role in overseeing and managing sales processes to meet organizational goals.

• Proven experience in Sales, Sales Management, and driving revenue growth
• Proficiency in Training sales teams and enhancing their performance outcomes
• Ability to develop, execute, and adapt marketing and sales strategies to evolving market dynamics
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the media or advertising industry is a strong advantage
