Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with other departments, delivering trainings to sales teams, and staying updated on market trends to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive targets and optimize sales processes.
• Experience in developing and conducting Training programs for sales teams.
• Proficiency in market research and a results-driven attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
