Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective and existing customers, presenting product features and benefits, and closing sales for bakery equipment solutions. The specialist will plan and execute marketing activities, including local promotions, digital outreach, and follow-up campaigns to strengthen brand presence. Daily tasks include maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, tracking sales performance, and providing feedback to management on market trends. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation coordination, and customer satisfaction, as well as offering basic product training to clients when needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide clear product information.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to manage pipelines, report performance, and deliver basic product training to customers or team members.
• Knowledge of marketing concepts, including local field marketing and basic digital marketing, is beneficial.
• Prior experience in industrial, equipment, or FMCG sales is preferred, especially within the food or bakery sector.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, travel locally for client visits, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reports, quotations, and presentations.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience will be considered.
