Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Hyderabad. The role includes generating leads, engaging potential customers, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's projects. The specialist will develop marketing campaigns, assist in sales and marketing strategies, and provide customer service to secure investments. Additionally, they will coordinate and execute training sessions for clients or partners as required.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Sales and Sales Management expertise, including prospecting, lead generation, and deal closure
- Experience in conducting Training sessions to educate clients or partners
- Proficiency in building and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of real estate or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
