Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru as a Field Sales Specialist. The role involves actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored interior solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Field Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
  • Experience in Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential prospects into customers.
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations to manage and streamline the sales process.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adept at working in a dynamic team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in interior design, home dcor, or related industries is an advantage.
