Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in an on-site capacity at our Hyderabad location. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work to meet sales targets, oversee customer service quality, conduct client meetings, and deliver training sessions to team members. Additionally, you will track market trends and collaborate with internal teams to design and execute effective marketing initiatives that align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and address customer needs effectively.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Capability to conduct comprehensive Training sessions and foster team growth.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with market analysis and strategic planning in the logistics or transportation industry is an asset.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
