This full-time, on-site role based in Surat is for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating marketing efforts, analyzing market trends to optimize strategies, and assisting in training initiatives to enhance team performance.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build lasting relationships.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Experience in providing training and support for team members to improve overall performance.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is an advantage.
