Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, managing client accounts, and providing training to the sales team. The role includes assisting with customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales performance through effective management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in sales and training, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Sales management expertise to analyze performance trends and optimize team productivity.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in the textiles or fashion industry is an added advantage.
