Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Surat. The responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth, maintaining relationships with customers through excellent customer service, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and managing sales activities effectively. The individual will also support training initiatives to enhance team sales performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to develop strategies and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in delivering Training sessions to teams to improve performance
- Problem-solving ability, teamwork, and a results-oriented attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the accounting or housing industry is an added advantage
