Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, providing product or service training to customers, and handling customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the team to manage sales processes and drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with the ability to build and sustain positive client relationships
- Competency in Training and the ability to educate clients and team members on products or services
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet targets
