This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Noida. The specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, executing sales strategies, and managing accounts efficiently. The role also includes delivering product training, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing goals. Daily tasks will involve developing and implementing marketing campaigns, tracking metrics, and identifying new opportunities to drive sales growth.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in sales processes, sales strategies, and customer acquisition.
• Proven track record in customer service and understanding customer needs effectively.
• Proficiency in sales management, including managing client accounts and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to deliver effective training sessions and conduct product demonstrations.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales and marketing software is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry is highly desirable.
