Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Gurugram, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves managing and enhancing customer relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, executing effective marketing strategies, and providing training to clients or team members as needed. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving sales targets, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals effectively.
• Experience in Training and the ability to guide and support clients or team members.
• Understanding of real estate trends and market dynamics is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
