Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Mumbai. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving customer engagement, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include managing client interactions, conducting sales consultations, organizing training sessions for team members, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and addressing client needs effectively
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Experience in conducting Training and mentoring sessions to enhance team performance
- Proficiency in market research and strategic planning is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment in Mumbai
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the interior design or creative industries is a plus
