Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist - Land based in Mumbai. The incumbent will be responsible for driving land sales, building and maintaining relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, and delivering superior customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales strategies, conducting market research, training team members, and consistently meeting sales targets while upholding the integrity and values of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Proven ability to train and mentor sales teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of land development or real estate sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
